• We're on-call for you from the moment you sign your contract

• Two prenatal visits: 

  • First visit sometime between time of hire and 32 weeks – 30 minutes to an hour just to talk and get to know each other (maybe over decaffeinated tea or coffee or lunch or dinner)  This can be just Mom and your doula or may include anyone Mom wants to include.

  • The Second visit will be around 36 weeks to:

    • Form your birth plan

    • Discuss how members of the birth team will work together

    • Practice positioning techniques & massage techniques

    • Discuss supportive strategies for labor

• 24/7 on call birth support {via call or text} beginning at 36 weeks and lasting until your baby arrives

• Continuous labor support from first contraction to baby in arms; beginning by over the phone call and/or texts and then in person

• Optional one - two hours after birth to assist in securing bonding time with baby and with breastfeeding support

• 1 postpartum visit within 72 hours of baby's birth to:

  • Rejoice in your family’s new miracle!

  • Delivery Your Birth Story

  • Discuss how mom, baby and family are doing overall and adjusting; and offer recommendations as needed

  • Discuss breastfeeding progress

• 2 weeks of postpartum On Call support via phone to answer general newborn care questions or assist with breastfeeding (Skype may be beneficial)
